Scope and agreement
Each project or subscription is governed by a mutually accepted quote, order form, statement of work or contract describing
deliverables, fees, dates, responsibilities and support. In a conflict, the signed service-specific agreement should control.
Proposals, changes and approvals
Work begins after the agreed requirements and commercial terms are approved. Requests outside the agreed scope may need a
separate change order with revised fees and delivery estimates. Client feedback and approvals can affect timelines.
Fees, invoices and taxes
Pricing, payment milestones, applicable taxes, renewal charges and any late-payment arrangements must be specified in the actual
order or invoice. This page does not invent standard rates, automatic renewals or non-refundable deposits.
Client responsibilities
Clients should supply authorised content, accurate account information, brand assets, required access, timely feedback and
necessary permissions. Clients remain responsible for rights to content they provide and their own legal compliance.
Domain registration
Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is confirmed. Registrations, renewals, transfers, expiry and redemption
are subject to registry, registrar and ICANN or applicable local rules. Client ownership and administrative access should be
specified in the order.
Web hosting and email
Storage, bandwidth, backups, uptime targets, mailbox limits, acceptable use, spam controls, support and restoration arrangements
depend on the selected plan and provider. No SLA or recovery guarantee is implied unless expressly agreed in writing.
Software, web and mobile projects
Requirements, acceptance criteria, testing, deployment, training, maintenance, source-code handover, hosting dependencies and
post-launch support should be documented in the agreed statement of work.
Intellectual property and licences
Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables, pre-existing components, third-party software, themes, fonts, libraries and open-source
dependencies is determined by the project agreement and applicable licences. Full transfer of IP is not assumed.
Digital marketing services
Advertising budgets, third-party platform charges, campaign approvals, content ownership, reporting frequency and account access
should be agreed separately. Search rankings, lead volumes and ad performance cannot be guaranteed.
Confidentiality and data protection
Both parties should protect confidential business information and follow their agreed data-handling, access-control and breach-response
obligations. Where required, a separate data-processing agreement may apply.
Suspension, cancellation and termination
Suspension for security, nonpayment or misuse, as well as cancellation notice periods, migration assistance, refunds and post-termination
data access must be determined by the specific service agreement and provider rules.
Warranty, liability and disputes
Any warranty period, remedy, liability cap, exclusions, governing law and dispute process must be expressly agreed and reviewed for
consistency with mandatory consumer or other applicable rights.
